Roetzel Associate JESSICA L. DAVIS has been named to the Board of Trustees of the Buckeye Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

MICHAEL J. BOYLE, JR. has joined Carpenter Lipps & Leland an associate.

Jones Day partner CHAD READLER, was named a public member of the recently established Ohio Constitutional Modernization Commission that is charged (R.C. 103.61) with making recommendations to the General Assembly for the amendment of the Constitution of Ohio.

Daniel W. Srsic, a shareholder at Littler Mendelson, has been named by Best Lawyers in America® in the Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law category.

The winning team in the first Court Golf Outing (aka Judge Reece Invitational) are Satch Sullinger, Shirley Reece, Mark Petrucci, Mike Shea, and Darlene Chavers.

The CONSTRUCTION LAW COMMITTEE was one of the few groups in town to receive a behind-the-scenes tour of one of Columbus's most visible construction projects: the Columbus Hollywood Casino. Next stop, a tour of the new Hilton Columbus Downtown. Kudos to chairman Peter Hahn for his hard work in arranging these outings.
