CHARLES J. KETTLEWELL of Charles J. Kettlewell, L.L.C. has formed an “of counsel” relationship with Kitrick Lewis & Harris Co. Mr. Kettlewell concentrates his practice on the field of legal ethics.

STANLEY J. DOBROWSKI and CHRISTOPHER JONES of Calfee Halter & Griswold have been recognized by Chambers & Partners in the 2012 Chambers USA Guide. Stanley, who focuses his practice on construction and public finance law, was named for construction law and recommended for representing public owners. Chris, whose practice focuses on environmental and regulatory issues and government relations, was singled out for natural resources and environment.

CELIA MEDD KILGARD has joined Taft Stettinius & Hollister as an associate in the litigation department. Prior to joining Taft, Ms. Kilgard was staff attorney to Judge Richard A. Frye and Judge Timothy S. Horton in Franklin County Common Pleas Court and has also worked with the domestic and juvenile courts.
