The Franklin County Common Pleas Court has reappointed JAMES ERVIN, JR., partner of Benesch, for a five-year term on the Board of Commissioners of the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority. The CMHA promotes neighborhood revitalization and assists residents in accessing needed social services. Mr. Ervin is chair of the firm’s corporate compliance & regulatory enforcement practice group and a member of the
litigation and public law practice groups.

NITA HANSON has joined Dinsmore as an associate in the litigation department, practicing in complex litigation strategies in both state and federal courts. She is involved in the community service and is a law student mentor.
