Porter Wright has promoted four attorneys to senior associate status. MEGAN BAILEY works to resolve business disputes through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. DANIEL MILLER represents clients in commercial litigation matters, including intellectual property disputes, breach of contract cases, workplace personal injuries, and unfair competition. MATTHEW MOBERG practices in the areas of real estate, banking and finance, and bankruptcy and creditors' rights; and ELIZABETH MOYO focuses primarily on resolving commercial litigation and product liability cases.

For the fifth consecutive year, ROETZEL has been selected by in-house counsel at Fortune 500 companies as a 2012 “Go-To Law Firm” for commercial litigation.

Proposed amendments to the Supreme Court Rules for the Reporting of Opinions have been published for public comment in the April 23, 2012 Ohio Official Reports Advance Sheets.
