GUYLANDO A. MORENO has been appointed a senior associate of Frost Brown Todd. He practices in the regulated business group, focusing on highly regulated industries including international trade, food and beverage, healthcare, franchising and distribution, and public utilities.

Spouses and partners of Ohio judges recently met for a Judicial Family Network program offered by the Ohio Supreme Court Judicial College. The Advisory Committee on the Judicial Family Network exists to identify the needs and concerns of judicial families in Ohio and to offer programming, resources, and support to the spouses, partners and children of judges.

ROBERT J. WAGONER of Robert J. Wagoner Co. has joined Kitrick Lewis & Harris as “of counsel,” and will concentrate his practice in the areas of bodily injury, commercial and consumer litigation.
