The 2012 Columbus Bar Performance Poll of sitting judges in the Common Pleas Courts and the 10th District Court of Appeals is online until April 20. Members with practice in any of these courts are encouraged to check out the survey.

Eight Columbus Bar members were named as 2012 Forty Under 40 honorees (Columbus Business First). Applicants were judged on four criteria: reason for nomination, professional development, awards and recognition, and community involvement. The following honorees will be feted at an awards program on May 23 at the Columbus Athenaeum: KARIM ALI, Porter Wright Morris & Arthur; VINITA BAHRI-MEHRA, Kegler Brown Hill & Ritter; SCOTT DAVIS, Bricker & Eckler; TERRENCE O’DONNELL, Bricker & Eckler; ERIKA SCHOENBERGER, Frost Brown Todd; DAVID SCOTT, Luper Neidenthal & Logan; Representatives. HOPE SHARETT, Law and Leadership Institute; and MICHAEL STINZIANO, Ohio House of Representatives.
