Squire Sanders partner, PETER PAVARINI, has racked up more than 400 hours of free legal advice for Grace Clinic of Delaware County, a volunteer organization that operates a free walk-in medical clinic in downtown Delaware. The breadth of his volunteer activities landed him on a list of only 26 lawyers in the U.S., and the only one in Ohio, to receive a Pro Bono Champions award from the American Health Lawyers Association.
Congratulations to CAROLINE WORLEY, Worley Law, on being named a 2012 Jefferson Awards Finalist. The awards are given to volunteers who work to improve the quality of life in central Ohio.

THOMAS C. WASHBUSH of Benesch has been named to the Association for Corporate Growth's national board of directors. He will serve a three-year term as director-at-large, September 1 and ending August 31, 2015. ACG membership is for professionals involved in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and other capital transactions.
