ROGER CRAIG, former Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Nationwide Financial Services has joined Dinsmore as a partner in the corporate department and member of the firm’s mergers & acquisitions and securities practice groups.

ADAM L. GARN, an attorney and certified public accountant, has joined McDonald Hopkins as an associate in the multistate tax practice of the business advisory and advocacy law firm.

Wiles Boyle Burkholder & Bringardner has named J. MILES GIBSON and JOHN C. LUCAS as new partners in the firm. Gibson focuses on workers’ compensation, labor and medical malpractice defense, and has lectured and written extensively on workers’ compensation issues. Lucas practices estate planning and probate, taxation, business formation and transactions, real estate and debtor-creditor law.
