PECK SHAFFER & WILLIAMS, a leading national public finance law firm, ranked first in the State of Ohio among underwriters counsel in 2011, second among bond counsel, according to the annual ratings compiled by Thomson Reuter.

LARK T. MALLORY has joined Frost Brown Todd as a member in the Lending and Commercial Services and Public Finance and Government practice groups. Her practice focuses on assisting closely-held organizations with business transactions.

RYAN AIELLO has joined the Dinsmore firm as an associate in the corporate department and member of the firm’s commercial finance practice group. He concentrates his practice on commercial finance and real estate matters.

JAMES E. ARNOLD has been named the 2012 top lawyer in the state by Ohio Super Lawyers. Selected to the Super Lawyers rankings for the last nine years running, Arnold was the top vote getter among all Ohio attorneys for 2012. He specializes in trial practice for a diverse client base including individual, corporate and non-profit clients.
