Lane Alton & Horst announced the addition of JAMES H. BOWNAS as partner in the firm. His areas of practice are federal income tax, corporate law, securities and estate planning.

MARIA SOTO has accepted a job as the Senior Vice President of Operations at the National Legal Aid & Defender Association. Her last day at LASC will be Friday, December 2.
