ALAN ACKER has joined Carlile Patchen & Murphy, focusing his practice on estate planning, estate and gift taxation, income taxation of trusts and estates, charitable giving and probate. He has written several books, including five BNA tax portfolios, and most recently served as Franklin County Probate Court Judge.
