At its annual fall conference last week, the Ohio Courts of Appeals Judges Association elected officers for next year, Tenth District Judge G. Gary Tyack, elected secretary/treasurer, will assume his leadership on January 1, 2012. The association consists of 69 appeals court judges who serve on Ohio’s 12 appellate courts.
