Governor John Kasich has appointed JEFFREY A. RICH of Dublin as chair of the Ohio Arts Council board. Mr. Rich has served as a member of the Ohio Arts Council board since July 2006.

Moritz College of Law has announced the winners of its prestigious alumni awards: Distinguished Alumnus: ALEC WIGHTMAN '75; William K. Thomas Distinguished Jurist Award: JUSTICE PAUL PFEIFER '66; Outstanding Recent Alumnus: (sharing the award) ANTHONY and HOPE SHARETT '02.

JUDGE M. ELIZABETH GILL has been honored with the George E. Tyack Award for Judicial Excellence for outstanding jurisprudence and service by the Central Ohio Association for Justice.

CHRISTIAN GONZALEZ has joined Dinsmore & Shohl as an associate in the corporate department and a member of the securities practice group. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and general corporate governance matters.
