OTAR KAKHIDZE, from the Ministry of Justice, sovereign Georgia, will join in panel discussions focused on the successes and troubles associated with adopting sweeping changes to a country's criminal code. Georgia is in the process of drafting a new criminal code from scratch and leading officials from the Ministry of Justice will visit Moritz on April 6 to discuss “Making the Georgian Criminal Code.” The seminar in Saxbe Auditorium, Drinko Hall, begins at 11:45 and includes lunch; registration is necessary (Moritz website).
