CATHRINE J. HARSHMAN has joined the firm, Hunter Carnahan Shoub Byard & Harshman, as a partner.

STEVEN J. ELLCESSOR, Frost Brown Todd, has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star for his practice in Securities and Finance.

ASIM HAQUE, Schottenstein Zox & Dunn, associate in the firm’s public law practice group, was elected vice president of Community Research Partners Board of Trustees, a non-profit partnership between The Ohio State University, Franklin County, the City of Columbus and United Way.

ANDRE PORTER, also SZD, has been named commissioner of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, appointment beginning in April, ending in April 2016.
