JESSICA L. FRANCIS is a new associate with the Kitrick Lewis & Harris. Formerly a litigator in the AG Consumer Protection Section, Ms. Francis will assist KLH in litigating its complex and consumer class actions.

Isaac Brant Ledman & Teetor welcomed new associate CHRISTOPHER J. WAGNER, who is concentrating his practice in commercial litigation and personal injury.

ROBERT W. MYERS has joined Shane Dawson and Paul Disantis to form Dawson Disantis & Myers, assisting employers in workers' comp defense and employment related matters.

TODD A. WEBER has joined Lane Alton & Horst and practices corporate and taxation law, as well as estate planning.
