KERRY RENKER GREEN of Hahn Loeser & Parks has been elected president-elect of the Women Lawyers of Franklin County. Ms. Green will serve in her current role in 2010-2011, and as WLFC’s president in 2011-2012.

J. TROY TERAKEDIS, partner in the tax group at Calfee Halter & Griswold, was elected a trustee of the Kiwanis Club of Columbus and will serve a two-year term in this position.

DINSMORE & SHOHl, in just one week in June, raised more than 15,000 meals through an office-based drive to benefit the Mid-Ohio Foodbank’s Operation Feed Campaign. The effort included an office-wide competitive challenge between three teams of attorneys and staff, as well as a chili cook-off, bake sale, and raffle drawings for numerous prizes. The 15,000 count is almost 5,000 more than the firm raised in 2009, which earned them the Foodbank’s “Outstanding New Campaign Award” during a ceremony at the Governor’s Residence.

ANGELA M. COURTWRIGHT of Reminger Co. was elected vice president of the Ohio Women's Bar Association board for 2010-2011during the annual meeting in May. Courtwright is engaged in a litigation practice which includes all facets of employment and labor law. OWBA was formed in 1991 to build a community of lawyers interested in the issues that uniquely affect women.
