Kemp Schaeffer & Rowe reports that RICHARD G. MURRAY II and ERICA PROBST have been named partners and SCOTT N. SCHAEFFER, a new Associate. Richard and Erica joined the firm in 2002 and practice in commercial litigation, real estate, employment law, appellate practice and creditors’rights. Scott focuses on commercial litigation and collections, real estate and creditors’ rights.

MARTY SWETERELITSCH has received the ABA Non-profits organization's "Outstanding Lawyer Award" for distinguished service by an attorney practicing non-profit law. Marty is Of Counsel with Benesch's Health Care Practice Group and leads the firm's Non-profit Intiative.

KEITH E. GOLDEN, Golden & Meizlish, has been elected to the Board of Trustees of Deaf Services Center, a non-profit organization that serves the deaf and hard of hearing communities in 24 Ohio counties. He also serves as a Trustee on the Board of CATCO.
