RICHARD S. GERBER has joined Frost Brown Todd as a partner, devoting his practice to providing services to small closely held businesses and client representation before the IRS and state and local tax authorities.
LARRY PLISKIN has joined NationsHealth as Vice President of Legal & Regulatory Affairs in Sunrise, Florida.
DAVID C. PATTERSON is running for president of the Ohio State Bar Association. Voting is this week at the OSBA Annual Meeting in Dayton, May 5-7. Members do not have to be registered for the convention to vote.
From Carlile Patchen & Murphy: DOUG JENNINGS has been hired as a partner, DAN BARHAM is a new associate, and BRIAN JOHNSON has moved from a part-time to full-time of counsel with the firm. Jennings focuses his practice on securities litigation, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and unfair competition. Barham represents clients in general business matters, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax controversies. Johnson concentrates on business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, before regulatory agencies, and through arbitration and mediation.
