News from Chester Willcox & Saxbe: Associate JANICA PIERCE TUCKER has been appointed as a District 7 representative on the Ohio State Bar Association’s Council of Delegates for a two-year term beginning in July. Ms. Tucker represents clients in civil trial, appellate litigation and commercial litigation, and all aspects of employment and labor law. Partner JAMES D. ABRAMS has been granted Capital University Law School’s Alumni Outstanding Service Award for 2010. He will be honored at the law school’s annual Alumni Recognition Luncheon at the Hyatt on Capitol Square on April 30. Abrams received his J.D. from Capital University in 2003.

Don Leach, managing partner and chair of Dinsmore & Shohl's construction practice group, and his wife, Jane, have received the 2010 Margine Maul Award, bestowed by Leadership Upper Arlington for demonstrating exceptional devotion to the Upper Arlington community. Don is the immediate past mayor and president of UA City Council.
