MEGAN BOIARSKY is a new associate at Carlile Patchen & Murphy, counseling clients on employee discipline, discrimination, disability, age, leave and wage-and-hour matters.
She has represented charging parties in mediations and negotiations before the SERB.

SHANNON G. MINK has joined Becker & Lilly as an associate practicing in business law, tax law, and estate planning.

The National Law Journal recently ranked Dinsmore & Shohl as the 107th largest law firm in the nation according to its annual survey. The total number of attorneys working at the top 250 law firms in the country plunged by more than 5,000 lawyers in 2009.

Schottenstein Zox & Dunn welcomes the addition of NICOLE WOODS as a new associate to the firm. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, financial services litigation and products liability litigation.
