RUSSELL J. KUTELL, Frost Brown Todd, has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Membership in LCA is by invitation only and represents less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are evaluated on accomplishment in trial work, along with ethical reputation.
SCOTT N. FRIEDMAN has been granted Fellowship in the American Academy of
Matrimonial Lawyers and joins the firm’s fellow partners, Denise M. Mirman, and his father, William S. Friedman. The Academy Fellows represent individuals in all facets of family law. Approximately 1600 attorneys across the country have the distinction as AAML fellows, including 45 in Ohio.
JOSEPH M. PATCHEN, Carlile Patchen & Murphy, has been appointed by the Governor to the Minority Business Advisory Council. The Council advises the Ohio Departments of Development and Administrative Services to help facilitate opportunities and growth in Ohio for businesses owned by minorities, females and other designated groups.
