Free Legal Clinic for Non-Profit Organizations
September 16, 2009, 9:30am to 12:30pm
(Registration begins at 9:00am)
Trinity Baptist Church, 461 St. Clair Ave., Columbus, OH
The Clinic is designed to assist the non profit organization in ascertaining whether it has met various state and federal regulatory requirements, (e.g., Secretary of State filings, tax requirements, Form 990 requirements). In the event changes need to be made to the organization’s documents, in most cases Clinic attorneys will be able to assist in drafting documents or amendments at the Clinic and/or can follow up to complete them.
The Clinic will be staffed by volunteer attorneys from Nationwide companies and from Bricker & Eckler LLP.
