Outstanding Capital University Law School alumni will be honored at the Law Alumni Association’s Annual Recognition Luncheon on May 1. Jonathan W. Marshall, a 1970 graduate, secretary to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline, will receive the Distinguished Alumnus of the Year Award, recognizing significant contributions to the profession, community and Law School. Emmett M. Kelly, Bricker & Eckler, and 1999 graduate, is the recipient of the Alumni Outstanding Service Award. LeeAnn M. Massucci (2002), Massucci & Kline, is the first recipient of a new award to be given this year, the Graduate of the Last Decade Award (G.O.L.D.).

Scott M. Doran has joined Chester Willcox & Saxbe as partner and chair of the firm’s environmental law practice.
