Serving Notice

CARPENTER LIPPS & LELAND will expand its public policy practice significantly by opening an office in Washington, D.C., 900 19th St., NW. Mike Carpenter, managing partner, said this was the logical next step for the firm’s public policy practice, headed by David Leland, and that current clients had expressed a strong interest in having a Washington presence. Leland, former member of the Ohio House of Representatives and the Democratic National Committee, joined the firm in January, 2007.

Madison & Rosan, LLP, has moved offices to 39 E. Whittier Street, Columbus 43206. The phone and fax remain the same.
