Chester Willcox & Saxbe announced that J. ANTHONY KINGTON has been named managing partner. A widely respected attorney practicing business and corporate law, Kington succeeds John W. Bentine.

From the Franklin County Municipal Court: JUDGE CARRIE GLAEDEN will serve as Administrative & Presiding Judge for a second term.

KIANA RUSSELL, Schottenstein Zox & Dunn, has joined the firm as an associate in the Health Care Practice Group, advising clients on compliance matters, licensure/certification, fraud and abuse, HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid.
