DIANE DOBREA, partner, and JOEL CLOUD, associate, have joined Dinsmore & Shohl and will practice in the firm's Intellectual Property Group.

ROBERT G. PALMER was again selected for inclusion in the 2009 edition of Best Lawyers in America for Personal Injury Litigation. He has now been selected each year since 1993. He was also named for 2009, and each year since 2003, to Ohio Super Lawyers for Insurance Coverage Litigation. Bob concentrates his practice in bad faith insurance practices and coverage disputes, personal injury (including wrongful death and traumatic brain injury), professional malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, probate litigation and employer intentional tort cases.

HAROLD PADDOCK has been named to the roster of neutrals for the American Arbitration Association. He is also an approved neutral for the National Arbitration Forum, the Better Business Bureau AutoLine program, the American Health Lawyers Association, and Resolute Systems, Inc.
