JAMES SCOTT STEVENSON has been appointed president of Northwest Title, where he serves as general counsel to the Northwest Title family of companies.

THOMAS L. ROSENBERG of Roetzel & Andress has been named a leading attorney in construction law and civil litigation, and the firm was recognized for its environmental practice group in Chambers USA.

JOHN P. CURP will be the highest ranking lawyer for the City of Cincinnati when he becomes the city solicitor on September 2. He currently is a partner with Taft Stettinius & Hollister in Columbus in the business and finance department.
