For the fourth year in a row, Schottenstein Zox & Dunn has been named in the “2008 Best of the Best: Top Midwest Real Estate Law Firms” by Midwest Real Estate News. Regional law firms are ranked based on the number of real estate transactions completed in calendar year 2007. SZD had completed 145 commercial, industrial, shopping center, land, office buildings and multi-family transactions.

NANCY PEKKANEN GILLETTE has recently been named General Counsel to the Ohio State Medical Association. Prior to senior counsel at the OSMA, Gillette worked at the Ohio Senate and the Ohio Legislative Service Commission.
