Schottenstein Zox & Dunn announces that KEVIN McDERMOTT, partner and a coordinator of Securities Litigation and Arbitration Practice Area, has been appointed by the United States Commission on Civil Rights as a member of the Ohio State Advisory Committee (SAC). There are 51 SACs (one for each state and the District of Columbia) comprising citizens familiar with local and state civil rights issues who assist the Commission with its fact-finding, investigative and information dissemination functions.
