The Ohio Department of Mental Health is pleased to announce the appointment of SLOAN T. SPALDING as Deputy Director for Legal Services and Chief Legal Counsel for the Department. Sloan has over ten years of experience as a litigator, counselor and labor negotiator. He comes to ODMH from the OSU Office of Legal Affairs, Labor Relations.

BENJAMIN B. FORTKAMP has joined Foundation Title Agency as General Counsel, resident in the Columbus office.
