ANTHONY SHAFFER, Schottenstein Zox & Dunn partner in the Health Law practice group, has been appointed by Governor Strickland to serve on Ohio’s Health Information Partnership Advisory Board (HIPAB), a component of the Governor’s plans to control rising health care costs throughout Ohio.

DONALD C. BREY, partner at Chester Willcox & Saxbe, has been elected a member of the Board of Directors for Pregnancy Decision Health Centers. He will serve a one-year term for PDHC, a community-based organization for pregnant women that provides services that include intervention, mentoring and nurturing support, prevention and abstinence education.

Schottenstein Zox & Dunn announces the addition of PATRICK J. KENNEDY as an associate in corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions practice areas where he will focus on private equity funds, subordinated debt funds, and mergers and acquisitions involving the funds and their portfolio companies.
