ANTHONY SHAFFER, Schottenstein Zox & Dunn partner in the Health Law practice group, has been appointed by Governor Strickland to serve on Ohio’s Health Information Partnership Advisory Board (HIPAB), a component of the Governor’s plans to control rising health care costs throughout Ohio.

DONALD C. BREY, partner at Chester Willcox & Saxbe, has been elected a member of the Board of Directors for Pregnancy Decision Health Centers. He will serve a one-year term for PDHC, a community-based organization for pregnant women that provides services that include intervention, mentoring and nurturing support, prevention and abstinence education.
