Andrew Yosowitz has joined Isaac Brant Ledman & Teetor from the prosecutor's office.

Allen Kuehnle Stovall & Neuman is pleased to announce that J. Matthew Fisher has been promoted to partner in the firm, Douglas L. Hertlein has become of counsel, and Rick L. Ashton has joined the as an associate. Mr. Fisher focuses his practice on bankruptcy and commercial matters; Mr. Hertlein joins the firm after serving for eight years as chief deputy liquidator for the Ohio Department of Insurance; and Mr. Ashton will be working in bankruptcy and general business litigation.

Kerry Renker Green joins Hahn Loeser + Parks as an associate in the firm's litigation practice area.

Marie Malloy has joined McDonald Hopkins in the business law department. She has 17 years of experience in real estate, banking and finance law, representing capital providers in all types of financing transactions.
