Porter Wright Morris & Arthur attorney MELANIE MARTIN-JONES recently received the International Trademark Association (INTA) Volunteer Service Award for the Advancement of Trademark Law. Ms. Martin-Jones led the revision of INTA’s Model Examination Guidelines which brought the reference tool up-to-date with the most current global trends and suggested examination practice.
