JULIE A. CARROLL DARLING has joined Luper Neidenthal & Logan as an associate in the firm’s residential real estate foreclosure group.

JUDGE WILLIAM A. KLATT, Tenth District Court of Appeals, has been appointed by the Supreme Court of Ohio to serve as vice chair of the Commission on the Rules of Superintendence. Judge Klatt was appointed to the commission last year, now selected for elevation to vice chair by Justice Judith Ann Lanzinger, who chairs the commission.
