WILES BOYLE BURKHOLDER & BRINGARDNER has named MARK C. MELKO a partner with the firm. He focuses his practice within the firm’s litigation group with an emphasis on insurance defense and commercial law.

CHESTER WILLCOX & SAXBE is pleased to announce that TODD A. WEBER and GERHARDT GOSNELL II have been named partners in the firm. Weber practices in the areas of tax, estate and gift planning, business succession planning, probate and corporate/transactional law. Gosnell’s practice is concentrated in the area of civil litigation.
