Harold Paddock has recently been certified as an arbitrator in the Better Business Bureau Auto Line program for consumer complaints regarding automobiles. In addition, Paddock has qualified for the Roster of Neutrals for fact-finding in labor disputes by the State Employment Relations Board, and has been selected for the panel of neutrals of the National Arbitration Forum.
