The U.S. Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is pleased to announce that FMCS Commissioner GEORGE ALBU of the Columbus field office has been awarded the agency’s top annual award for outstanding service for his achievements as a mediator, trainer and FMCS representative in the Ohio labor-management community.
