SUSAN T. STEAD, partner with NELSON LEVINE de LUCA & HORST, was a featured speaker at the American Bar Association’s Annual Meeting, held August 3-9 in Honolulu. Stead participated in a panel presentation titled “Getting to the Truth: Attorney/Client Privilege, Ex Parte Communications, Undercover Investigations and other Legal and Ethical Issues That Arise in Fact Investigations.” She focused on the regulatory perspective and spoke on confidentiality laws that apply in regulatory matters.
