BRIGID E. HEID, a shareholder at Luper Neidenthal & Logan, has been elected president of the Board of Trustees for the Legal Aid Society of Columbus for 2006-07. Heid has been a Legal Aid board member for eight years and was nominated for the board by Women Lawyers of Franklin County where she also served as president.

SCHOTTENSTEIN ZOX & DUNN is proud to announce the addition of DAVID E. KAUFFMAN as partner to its Tax and Wealth Management Practice Group. Kauffman earned his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.

The 2006 Health Lawyers News magazine’s “Honor Roll” has distinguished Schottenstein Zox & Dunn as the top law firm in the state of Ohio and also names the firm in its nationwide “honors” list. “Honor Roll” recognition is based on a firm’s membership to the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA).
