Notice to Attorneys from Franklin County Clerk of Courts

After April 5, the Franklin County Clerk of Courts office will discontinue its postal mailings to attorneys of courtesy bills (also known as courtesy statements) relating to Sheriff’s property sales.

Estimated courtesy billing information can be viewed through Case Information Online (CIO), accessed from the Clerk of Courts homepage. The CIO prompt is located on the upper, middle section of that page. The PDF image of cost billing information is uploaded to the individual foreclosure cases two weeks in advance of the Sheriff’s scheduled sale date.
