Rule 40. Notice of Forensic Expert

Forensic experts shall be afforded access to a domestic relations case on which they have been retained that has been filed through the court’s e-flex system upon the filing of a “notice of forensic expert.” The notice shall contain the following information regarding the expert: name; type of expert; name of organization/firm; address; phone number; and email address. After filing the Franklin County Clerk’s Office will contact the forensic expert with a username and password for e-flex access. To remove access, a “notice of removal of forensic expert” may be filed containing the name of the expert and the expert will be notified of the filing by email. (Eff: November 21, 2012)
