Put Me in, Coach!

Coaching and Mentoring
December 4 - 3.0 CLE Hours

As a manager, understanding how to develop the talent in your employees is possibly the most important skill you can possess. Learning how to coach and mentor your staff will help you unleash their potential and will also allow you to focus on taking your business to the next level.

Dan Stover from Integrated Leadership Systems will be conducting a 3.0 hour CLE at the on Tuesday, December 4, designed to give the basics of Coaching and Mentoring followed by an interactive session for attendees to apply the skills they learned.

To ensure your coaching success, real-time feedback will be provided by Dan and your peers. You will also have the opportunity to be a coaching subject to see what it feels like to be coached by effective, as well as ineffective, coaches.

Dan Stover has coached incoming volunteers at Suicide Prevention Services on crisis management. He is now on the Leadership Council for SPS and still volunteers his time to helping those in crisis.
