For an OVI Update, Spend the Day with Cleve

Cleve Johnson has continued his annual tradition by organizing a full day of CLE covering cutting edge developments and coming changes in the fast moving area of DUI law.

Two 3.0 CLE hour programs will be held on November 30 at the CBA. Among the topics covered in Part One will be 1.0 hour ethics, case law update and life changing consequences of OVI convictions. Both morning and afternoon sessions will cover how seemingly unwinnable cases can be won.

Part Two will also include HB 337, Intoxilyzer 8000 update, the new CDL law, using technology to get results in court and in your office, locating BAC records in Franklin County and other topics.

The panel of expert presenters who will be joining Cleve for these programs include Richard A. Cline, Shawn Dominy, Dennis Evans, Jeffrey C. Meadows, Daniel J. Sabol, Andrew R. Bucher, Robert Calesaric, Jessica Fallon, Terrence Rudes, Jon Saia, Larry Denny, Mark Gardner and Timothy Huey.
