2012 Holiday Closing Notice for Municipal Court and Clerk of Courts

All offices of the Franklin County Municipal Court will be closed on the following days:

1. Thursday, November 22, 2012. There will be no Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
2. Friday, November 23, 2012. There will be no Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D. Arraignments will be held in Courtroom 4D on Saturday, November 24, 2012.
3. Monday, December 24, 2012, with the exception of the Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
4. Tuesday, December 25, 2012. There will be no Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
5. Monday, December 31, 2012, with the exception of the Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.
6. Tuesday, January 1, 2013. There will be no Arraignment Docket in Courtroom 4D.

The offices of the Clerk of Court will operate as follows:

Only the Criminal Division will be open for 24 hours on the following days:

1. Thursday, November 22, 2012. The Criminal Division will be open 24 hours.
2. Friday, November 23, 2012. The Criminal Division will be open 24 hours.
3. Monday, December 24, 2012 and Monday, December 31, 2012. All divisions will be open.
4. Tuesday, December 25, 2012 and Tuesday, January 1, 2013. The Criminal Division will be open 24 hours.

**The closing of the Court will not affect filing deadlines on November 23, 2012, December 24, 2012 and December 31, 2012**
