The Balch Law firm has organized a CLE program on estate planning and discretionary trusts, November 20 at 1:30pm. Michael A. Renne, Dinsmore & Shohl, will present on trusts for persons with disabilities followed by Jacintha Balch who will provide insight on discretionary trust considerations and uses. Alphonse Cincione will join the team providing one hour of professionalism as it relates to estate planning. The presenters will also share in a discussion about when discretionary trusts should be recommended.
