Masters Series: Health Care Law

Masters Series: Health Care Law
October 19 (9:00am-4:30pm)
6.0 CLE Hours
This 6.0 hour CLE slated for October 19 at the Columbus Bar Association will provide insight into health care reform as it relates to the status of ACA and compliance issues and challenges through 2014 for health care providers. A panel of expert presenters will also cover topics such as fraud, Medicaid from the payor’s perspective, telemedicine, mergers and acquisitions, the State Medical Board, Ohio’s health care priorities, and labor laws.
While the program is ideal for those who practice health care law, it is also a good program for those who don’t as it will provide an important tool to help identify when they need a health care lawyer.
This Masters Program was organized by the CBA Program Development Task Force, Lori Clary, Chairperson; Lisa Pierce Reisz and Jolie Havens, Health Care Law Program Co-Chairpersons.
