Notarizing Advance Health Care Directives

James H. Bownas will present a one-hour CLE, “Notary Wars,” on October 15 at noon. Attendees are welcome to arrive at 11:30 for a brown bag networking lunch before the presentation. The seminar (1.0 CLE hour) will cover the requirements under Ohio law for the execution and notarization of Living Will Declarations, Do-Not-Resuscitate Orders (DNRs) and Health Care Powers of Attorney. Also discussed will be practical considerations for compliance.
