Updated Announcement from the Franklin County Municipal Court Regarding Security Policy Changes

NOTICE TO ALL PRACTICING ATTORNEYS HAVING BUSINESS IN THE FRANKLIN COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT, 375 S. High St.

As the Franklin County Municipal Court seeks to provide a safe and secure environment, certain security policy changes are inevitable. The changes need to be guided by directives from the Ohio Supreme Court. It is imperative however, that a concern for our users be a primary focus.

The contemplated changes will not occur as scheduled. A comprehensive approach will be undertaken to insure that the attorneys who do business in the courthouse are able to effectively move about without unnecessary delays. The Court apologizes for any confusion or misunderstandings.
