24th Annual Estate Planning & Charitable Giving Seminar
The Columbus Bar Foundation is again pleased to partner with the Columbus Bar Association and The Columbus Foundation for the 24th Annual Estate Planning and Charitable Giving seminar.
Once again located at the Jessing Center Pontifical College Josephinum, participants can attend either a morning or afternoon 3.0 CLE session. The morning and afternoon sessions are identical.
This year we are pleased to host nationally recognized speaker, Laura Hansen Dean, Executive Director of Gift Planning, University of Texas, as a member of faculty. Ms. Dean will present on the topics of Estate Planning & Charitable Giving Strategies for Women, and Testamentary Charitable Planning for Non-Taxable Estates.
Magistrate Robert V. Morris II, of Franklin County Probate Court will present a Probate Court Update including E-Filing at the Court, Parisi Case: Scope of Representation in Guardianships, and Estate Tax Demise and Implications.
